May get a better informed response if you post on the MAC forum - this forum is (mainly?) directed to windows users.

This fixed it

UPDATE: I got ATI 2018 to work on my macOS Mojave. I had to add a few things to the Mac Privacy Preferences dialog. The applications under Scheduler appear to allow ATI to perform a scheduled backup. The one under Applications allows ATI to do a backup, whether manual or scheduled.

Macintosh HD > Library > Application Support > Acronis > Scheduler

  schedmgr

  schedwrapper

  schedwrapper_

Macintosh HD > Library > Application Support > Acronis > TrueImage

  helper

Macintosh HD > Applications

  Acronis True Image.app

Michael,

I am having the exact same problem. However, as a Mac newbee I could not follow your instruction for the fix even though I did find the above mentioned files.

Specifically, I could not locate the "Mac Privacy Preferences dialog" where I would then add those 4 files to the Scheduler. I would really appreciate if you could show me the process step by step .

Thanks

Ken

Michael,

I found the following that has helped me now run Acronis Mac:

61832: Acronis True Image 2019: how to grant full disk access on macOS 10.14 Mojave

https://kb.acronis.com/content/61832

After following those instructions, it only showed "Acronis True Image" in my "Disk Full Access" list, but everything seems to be working OK now.

Thanks
