error cannot back up

Hello,

I am having trouble with Acronis True Image 2018. When I try to back up my laptop hard drive to an external drive I get the message: "the specified file does not exist". I tried to change folder, I tried two different external drives and I also tried to back up the disk on the cloud on microsoft one drive. I had quite sufficient space in all drives. I did my last back up a few moths ago (I am a bit lazy) and all was working well. I can't find what is the problem.

I am on Windows 10,  64 bits. Any suggestions?
