Error Unsupported file system version in success email

Thread needs solution

Hello,

Earlier tonight ATI started doing an incremental backup of my drive which is setup as RAID 0 split in half with Windows 10 on one half and Ubutnu 18.04 on the other. I got the successful email message confirmation that the backup was successful but when reading down the email in the log I noticed there were some errors that an unsupported file system version was found. Does this mean that the Linux portion was not backed up? It mentions Ext4fs in the error but I do see it's a supported file system: https://kb.acronis.com/content/6045

Please see the attached file for a full log and let me know what it is and if I should worry that the full backup wasn't really done.

Thanks

Welcome to these public User Forums.

The backup should be fine but you should boot into your Ubuntu 18.04 OS and let this run a fsck against the ext4 partition as ATI had encountered file system errors which in turn caused ATI to use sector-by-sector mode for the backup.

Pending operation 173 started: 'Creating partition image'
Error 0x7002e: Forced sector-by-sector mode.
