Error when backing up to Google Drive

Thread needs solution

When I try to backing up to Google Drive I get an error early in the process. "Please close the application that may currently use the file: ...\My disks_full_b1_s1_v11.tib."

May I suggest that you repost in the forum for the particular version of ATI you are using: 2019, 2018, 2017, 2016.

Also please provide the build number and OS being used. Have you successfully completed the backup previously?

William,  if your G:\My Drive\ folder path is being continually accessed by the Google Drive 'Backup and sync' service then this would want to get a hold on any file being written to that folder by Acronis.  You should choose a different destination folder for your backups for Acronis to use, then copy the files to your G:\My Drive\ folder path when Acronis is no longer writing the file data.
