Frozen Activity

Thread needs solution

Hello, I cannot cancel activity by https://kb.acronis.com/content/60653 process while Acronis task is frozen. It is removed from activities, but there is still frozen entry in computers on the server. Restart of services is not possible and ended with an error message. It is only one solution – restart of the server, but it is not a good option. Can you help me, please?

Jiri, from the referenced KB document you have pointed to, it looks that you are not using Acronis True Image 2018, but instead are using Acronis Backup 12.5.

If this is correct, then please raise this issue in the correct Acronis Backup 12.5 Forum for this Business product.
