Full PC Backup - .tib Filesize is correct but 2 drives are empty

Thread needs solution

Hi,

last night i did a full PC Backup by ATI 2018 which includes my SSD maindrive (Drive C) and two Win10 storage spaces (Drive D and E).

It took quite some time to backup and referring to the task manager ATI was reading data from all drives.

This morning i wanted to verify the backup and considering the filesize of the .tib image the backup appears to be correct.

However when I open it via explorer both drives D and E are completely empty.

When i check the backup in ATI it shows that 3 TB of data were written to the backup but only 400GB are availiable for recovery.

How is that possible?

Does anybody experienced this behavior before or knows a solution for this problem?

Thanks in advance.

Best regards,

Chris
