Getting support

Thread needs solution

The support effort does not recognize my account and asks me to type in my key - a real hassle. when I do it sayes password already entered. As such I cannot reach support. Yet when I type in information to log into community, it accepts my password. This is very frustrating I need to reach support.

Donald, welcome to these User Forums.

Any issues with user Accounts / Passwords etc can only be resolved by Acronis which can be a 'Catch22' if you cannot log in!
