HELP! Recovery is not working

I've lost some important documents in the last 24hrs and am trying to do a recovery from Acronis...

The back up is from two weeks ago and can be viewed by True Image when I do a recovery. I can see the folder I want to recover and able to select it fine. 

The issues happens during the "recovery"... It says the it is recovering and starts to calculate the time but several minuets later it stops working and takes me back to the home page without any transfering any files. When I re open True Key it says it has had an issue and asks me to send in a report. 

The project I was working on is due in less then 20 days and I've spent the last 8 months working on it. I'm feeling quit hopeless. Can anyone help me resolve this issue.
