MVP_ATI_Builder v14.2 error during build.
Edit:
I rebuilt the flash drive using the ADK choice and was successful. There appears to be an issue with the WINRE choice.
I downloaded and installed V14.2. I attempted to build with TI 10640 and used the WINRE choice for building. During the build I received errors pertaining to the DISM tool. I'm attaching the log file from the MVP builder and the DISM log file. I'm going to rebuild using the ADK instead. The error messages resulted in a USB flash drive the would not boot. I'm running Win 10 1709 16299.125. For some reason I can't attach any files so I'm posting the contents of the MVP log and the DISM log.

Thanks for reporting the error. I found an error in the code that only happens when you are building on a 32 bit system. I'll get it fixed soon.

...pls have a thought...I've been using the MVP adv 12.1 a while on both x86 and x64 machines with no issues...today ran 14.2 (as downloaded off google drv 12/23/17 ~ noon Eastern Time (NY). Ran using all defaults.. ati 2018 (there was a trial 2018 installed over regged 2016(err which got hosed by Acronis..) no matter.
USB worked fine, finished checkout, when HDD attempted to boot W7x86 mbr, win error 0xc000000e (requred device not found). System gone. Ran MS Repair disk, recovered. Running now, but SLOW...
Just a note....MVP12.1 adv on 2016, same pc was perfect. Anomoly or bug or???

I have no idea what you mean. Did you install TI 2018 as a trail over the top of TI 2016? Did you do this before running the MVP Tool? What option did you choose when running the MVP Tool (installed ADK or WinRE)? As mentioned above, the WinRE option does not work for 32 bit systems in the version currently on the Google Drive.
I see no way the MVP Tool could damage your system's MBR.

I’ll try to be clearer. Again, I got a lot of experience running 12.9 adv mvp tool on w7, w10 x32 & x64 systems. Never had any issues....and maybe what i experienced is not related to the newer v14.2.
ok in this case i was using w7, x32, p8z77 system. This system had licensed ati 2016-6595 installed and i had recently used mvp 12.9 adv to sucessfully produce winpe rescue usb.
(luckily i made a full image backup b4 the following occured.) i have a quite a few ocs eith 2016 as well as 2017, so i decided to checkout 2018, having seen a new release was made a few days ago.
so, i downloaded the 2018 TRIAL, it installed OVER the in place 2016-6595 licensed app. no errors during the trial installed...other than it nuked the 2016. Rebooted w7 x32, no issues, opened the 2018-10640app checked out sime features, interface etc. did not make any backups with it.
diwnloaded and ran the mvp 14.2. at every step, took the most basic choices, 32bit, no drivers, winpe. yes, i chose the adk option...as always do. And yes, i realized that the produced Rescue usb would be a “time limited, un-registered” device.
as soon as the mvp app script completed, i restarted the pc, then into bios (x32, mbr, not uefi type). the new rescue usb booted fine, winpe Rescue app opened, browsed around, checked the ABOUT BOX, showed correct ati release, showed unregistered...all as expected.
All seemed fine. Exited from Rescue, Let pc restart normally, but instead of rebooting off the hdd, win 7 came up with a text screen:
0xc000000e (requred device not found)......
and complained about Windows boot Manager... ok, booted a stock Win 7 ms repair cd with immediately said it fixed the system.
...of course, i just used my existing 12.9 mvp winpe rescue usb and restored my image made an hour b4 all this occured
Pls understand, this all may be a confluence of events. i likely would not have even posted about this except it was a new mvp release...so it was only a heads up. of course, most folks are running x64 too.
i’m running ati since 2009, winpe rescue since 2010... In every step i let win shutdown fully...no sleep or hibernation or such.
As all of the MVP’s provide so much to the community, i would redo the complete process step by step again, in fact i could do so using mvp 12.9 and then 14.2 to narrow down and/ or confirm ?

Thanks for clarifying. With the option you chose (build from ADK) there should be no difference between v12.9 and v14.2. I understand your system is booting in Legacy mode (not UEFI) because it is a 32 bit system. I still don't see how the MVP Tool could have changed your MBR. It sounds like your bios made a change to the boot order or something else.
I would appreciate it if you would repeat the process using v14.2 and see if the same thing happens. If the system won't boot, check the BIOS settings first to see if they are correct.
