No dashboard generated emails

Since September 2019 I have stopped receiving emails with the Acronis backup results. I support multiple clients who run a variety of Acronis true image versions from 2015 to 2018. Suddenly all the dashboard emails stopped from everyone’s dashboard. Those who have client specific emails configured on their computers are still sending emails. When I login to the client dashboard it is registering the backups as having run but no email sent!! Acronis support state I must run the latest version of Acronis to get the dashboard emails to work. Nonsense!! Previous versions have been paid for and should still work not requiring a software upgrade. I have been given the brush off as support is no longer responsive so I assume they are don’t think there is an issue.

Natan, there have been significant issues with the Dashboard notifications / emails after Acronis made some changes to their servers and this caused other widespread issues for customers by resetting backup task settings.  The server issue has now been resolved and provided your customer systems are shown in the dashboard, you / they should be getting notifications unless the backup tasks themselves are not actually working!

I would recommend checking one or more of the computers where these mails should be being received and ensure that the backups are both configured correctly and are running.
