Nonstop backup keeps failing

I've been struggling with this for months now and the guys at Acronis Support are also baffled.

If I start a Nonstop back from scratch it works fine, all day, but then when the computer is rebooted it fails and the only way I can get it to work again is to delete the backup and start again. The odd thing is that I was able to reboot a number of times yesterday without it giving me any problems, but this morning I'm back to square one and it's failed again.

I've attached a Log file if anyone can spot what the problem is.

Welcome to these User Forums.

Some observations from the log file:

Protection paths: C:\
Destination paths: G:\Time Explorer Storage\B2B96550-AC2A-46A1-9C8E-4E2997182977\image.data

Excludes: C:\Time Explorer Storage

Internal error in library. The linked position is unknown.  (repeated many times)

Unknown Win32 error  (repeated several times at end of backup)

Given the above information, why is it needed to exclude C:\Time Explorer Storage when your destination path for NSB is G:\Time Explorer Storage ?  Does the C: path actually exist and if so, does it contain any contents?

I would recommend running SFC /SCANNOW for the Unknown Win32 error being posted in the log file.
