Only just bought ATI 2018 a couple of weeks ago!

Thread needs solution

Hey,

Back when I bought ATI 2015 (3 licenses) the same thing happened to me, within a few weeks ATI 2016 was announced as available. However, I vaguely recall getting an email from Acronis just afterward regarding recent purchasers of ATI 2015 being eligible for a free bump up to ATI 2016 which I was then able to do at no additional cost. I thought this was a very thoughtful and considerate thing to do for customers.

Once again, being a very recent upgrader to ATI 2018 from ATI 2016 (I bought a 5 license pack) will Acronis be likely to offer customers in a similar situation a bump up to 2019 without additional upgrade costs?

Many thanks

Ah, just got a reply on my other post to go look in the 2019 forum as it talks about this very issue there:

https://forum.acronis.com/forum/acronis-true-image-2019-forum/acronis-t…

and also:

Free Upgrade page: https://www.acronis.com/en-us/homecomputing/trueimage/free-upgrade/check_2019.html

Many thanks to Steve Smith for pointing that out to me :-)

Also many thanks to Acronis for this kind consideration for recent purchasers/upgraders once again. Great customer service! :-)

Glad that the information helped answer this topic too.
