purchased license key for ATI-2018 does not activate build 10410. Acronis support has not responded for 6 days.

Thread needs solution

I bought ATI-2018 Build 9850 for € 29.90 to extend my Acronis protection.
The serial number was entered, I received an email from Acronis that the product was registered for: Acronis True Image 2018 1 Computer Standard (Multilingual)
Unfortunately, the product is not activated. An offline activation does not work either.
The support is silent for 6 days.
I have been an Acronis customer for ATI and Disk Director since 2004, with one license each year. This has not happened to me yet.
What can this be?
