Reconfigure cloud

ATI2018 build 10140

I recently had to sign out of ATI. When i signed back in, my backups (stored on the Acronis Cloud) we not showing on the Backup tab. Anyway, after a while figuring that out, i decided to reinstall the software. Signed back in, and my cloud backups were showing again. Now, every time i click the Reconfigure button, i get error occured (e1 attachment). Clicking Knowledge Base takes me to a page saying "There is no information about this error available now".

One thing i did note is that it also does it when i click the Recovery tab. Although it doesnt ask for my encryption password.

Barthandelus, I had the same issue yesterday where shutting down ATI 2018 and relaunching it cleared the problem but then it took quite a while once I clicked on the Reconfigure button while it looked to be downloading a lot of data from the Cloud servers before then asking me to provide my encryption password for the backup.
