Rescue media, and format [Add Disk] it, or will have problems on booting because cloned from c:/ and has the same signature

Thread solved

If I wanted --- Connect an SSD [D:/ or Z:/] Disk to Windows 10 Pro PC, with the same signature [cloned from C:/] as for C:/ SSD, I want to format this Z:/ as failure is...

Can boot to Acronis TI 2018 Rescue media, and format [Add Disk] it, or will have problems on booting because cloned from c:/ and has the same signature???

In other words, when boot to Acronis DVD Media --- this done before this creates problems of the same signature... DISKS,...??

Lse, if you connect your cloned SSD externally via USB after Windows has booted to the desktop, then there should be no issues with signature clashes etc.  That is only a problem when booting into Windows with two disks connected with the same signature.

Once you connect the external SSD, you can do what you want with it from within Windows, such as using the 'Add new disk' tool from the Acronis tools menu, or using a partition manager tool to remove all existing partitions etc.

Is very difficult to remove SSD from PC

If I leave it, connect it to SATA internally...

and boot to Acronis media -- should be a problem for sure or Not...?

What internal disk drives are installed in this PC and what type of drives are they, how are they connected?

Which disk is being used to boot into Windows on this PC?

2 x 1TB SATA SSDs

1 x 4TB SATA HDD

TO DISCONNECT A SATA internal DRIVE

REQUIRED POWER CABLE DISCONNECTED

OR CAN LEAVE CONNECTED POWER cable AND DISCONNECT DATA sata cable ONLY CABLE....?

You can disconnect the drive power cable and check that the drive is no longer shown in Windows disk management or Explorer.

It may be best to disconnect both power and data cables for 100% safety if intending to reformat one of the other drives - that way no mistakes can be made!  Just tie the disconnected cables together and label them to avoid connecting back to a wrong drive later.

So, after connecting/disconnecting cables SATA,

I CAN BOOT from

Acronis TI 2018 DVD Rescue Media and "Add Disk", GPT/UEFI... correct?

Yes
