Naveen, welcome to these public User Forums.

The simplest method of checking your .tib files for any malware etc, is to use the option to Mount the .tib file image from Explorer to a Windows drive letter, then use your antivirus program to scan the mounted drive letter.

You will obviously need to have ATI installed on the computer in order to have the Mount option in Explorer.

When you mount a *.tib file it is read only - you will be able to find infections/malware but not delete them.

Keep in mind that malware can be tricky!  Many types of malware only run under certain circumstances (such as when a specific user profile is logged into the system) and may not be detected.  Scanning is better than nothing, but no guarantee that there aren't really dormant malware waiting to come alive if compromised files get restored, but did not show up in a scan when mounted.
