I have been trying to do a recover and everytime i click on recover i get this error message and I've had no one return an email from a support ticket i created.

I have been producing & accessing my cloud backup from Europe, Asia and elsewhere - never a problem !

I had the same issues now as well. I back up to the servers in Germany.

I am actually thinking of switch to Microsoft OneDrive for my backups because of issues with Acronis Cloud that appears too often. OneDrive seems to be working all the time and i have had no issues or down times since i started to use it approx six months ago.

At the moment i am testing an application named CloudBacko Lite to make encrypted backups directly to OneDrive. CloudBacko upload files at approx twice the speed compared to TI2018. The realtively slow upload/download speeds and the regualry "Acronis Cloud is not aviable..." is enough to rethink imo.
