Synchronising with Operating System fails while cloning Windows 11 on True Image 2020

Thread needs solution

Hey guys, long time lurker here, but pieced something together after a lot of searching and thought I'd share my solutions here.

Background: built an Intel NUC for a client with a 500Gb drive, but it needed to be a 1Tb - easy enough solution, you'd think...

Tried to clone with ATI 2020 linux bootable USB, but fails at "Synchronizing with Operating System" and *appears* to have an issue, in the log, of 'Invalid type / resizing error' or something similar
WinPE bootable ATI 2020 has a similar issue.

Tried to perform a backup of the drive/partition, so I could restore it onto the new drive, but encountered this interesting error message: "unable to backup a locked volume encrypted with bitlocker"
(Thanks to Bobbo_3C0X1 for the suggestion of using backup/restore)

So it turns out that Window 11, by default, encrypts the drive with BitLocker or some other means - I say 'by default' as this is a clean install and I didn't turn it on.
This can be switched off by heading to Settings \ Privacy & Security \ Device Encryption
Or, just search for "encryption" because we all know how MS likes to move things around.
Thank you to Steve Smith for THAT suggestion.

Clone completed successfully and we're all good to go
