So, for my hp Z440 workstation Windows 10 Pro(was Windows 8.1 pro), which given the error, in the starting thread above, initial thread,…
is it vhdx have gotten any usable, given this error?
what are the possible solutions?

The solutions are to either use the Windows Hyper V Manager setup as a Gen 2 to run the VHDX or you can use a conversion tool to convert the VHDX file yet again into a VHD.
If you wish to convert into a VHD Starwind V2V Converter is a good tool for that purpose

Can use in this PC itself the Windows Hyper V Manager setup as a Gen 2 to run its VM vhdx of itself…?
use the Windows Hyper V Manager setup as a Gen 2,… “Gen 2” means 2nd edition?
what are the system requirements for gen 2…?

Yes you can use this PC itself to run the Hyper V Manager set up as Gen 2. to run a vhdx of itself
The Gen 2 of Hyper V is used to run UEFI booted image files (VHDX) whereas the Gen 1 of Hyper V is used to run Legacy BIOS booted image files (VHD)

Thank you for the Advice and Support
files.vhd and files.vhdx, can also used with Virtual Box, VMware Workstation Pro in Windows 10, and also on the macOS 11.y with Virtual Box and VMware Fusion Pro, hypervisors…?

You would need to check with the VM manufacturers about this or ask elsewhere as I am not familiar with those applications.
