True Image 2018 Installation

Thread needs solution

Peter, welcome to these User Forums.

Did you uninstall ATI 2013 before attempting to install ATI 2018 as this is necessary?

Please see forum topic: [How to] uninstall a previous installation in case you need to clean out any older version of ATI.

If you need more direct help then as a Trial user you can open a Support Case with Acronis and work with them in your native German language.  Follow the Contact Support link at the bottom of the forum pages.

I did what you thold me and went through the uninstall procedure, but the problem still remains the same!

Peter, please have a read of forum topic: ATI 2018 not installing - not valid win32 application which may offer some further help here.

Steve, I went through all the procedures and it didn't work. - I gave up, used the cleaning tool and re-installed ATI 2013 without any problems. - I wonder, what has changed in the installatiom process of ATI 2018?

Peter, sorry but I have had no problems with installing ATI 2018 on multiple computers, some where older versions of ATI have been installed previously, and others where it has been a first / clean install.

If you want to pursue this problem further, then you should open a Support Case with Acronis to get their developers to review the install logs etc.
