Upgrading Failed

I have had purchased a license of True Image 2018. As the problems raised working with that, I was offered upgrading to True Image 2019 by the Acronis Team. However in my Acronis Account webpage it is just documented the 2018 license and not 2019. I mean I am not able to upgrade 2018 after re installation.
