2019 auto run True Image

Thread needs solution

With the 2014 version of Acronis bootable media, I could create a Linux disk that would auto boot into True Image and skip all of Acronis's menu choices.  It was very annoying to put the disk in, boot up, and find that I had missed the time to make a choice and it booted into Windows (talking about the Acronis menu, not BIOS).  With the 2014 version, I could burn a disk that could have 1 second, 2 seconds, 3 seconds, etc., pause and then would boot into True Image.  I set it to 0 seconds so that True Image booted immediately, skipping all of the Acronis menus.  How do I do that in 2019?  What are the switches and how are they applied?  Thanks!

Lee, there are no options that I am aware of that will let you choose to boot automatically directly into the offline Acronis True Image application.  All the available Startup options / settings are found in the Advanced mode of the Acronis Rescue Media Builder application - this includes a setting for 'Startup delay' that can be configured from 15 seconds down to 0, but I suspect that this boot to the default menu entry, which could well be Windows!

The MVP Custom ATIPE Builder Script (link below) does allow you to create media and remove the boot prompt when creating optical media.  I use this to create USB rescue media which does always boot directly into the ATI main offline application plus has the added benefits of providing other useful tools in the WinPE environment, i.e. a web browser, file manager, PDF viewer etc.

Thanks, Steve. Thats too bad.  I misspoke, the Acronis that has this feature is 2013.  Really speeds up your day.  I'll just keep using it.  Guess its time to stop upgrading each year...
