acronis 2019 conflicts w/ Windscribe VPN

Thread needs solution

Installed ATI 2019(Acronis True Image 2019) first, and then Windscribe VPN. When the insatallation is done, Windscribe alerts that

" ... detects that trueimagemonitor mms_mini and Windscribe vpn connection may casue potential conflict and high cpu use may be used..."

After that, the cpu load went up to 80% and never went down. ATI active protection turned off but the problem is still there. Anyone has same experience.

OS: win 10 pro

MSI GT75: i7780hk-32gb-gtx1080-samsung 960 pro.

Teddy, welcome to these public User Forums.

I can only suggest that you go into the Windows Services.msc control panel and set the 'Acronis Managed Machine Service Mini' service startup to be disabled.

Beyond, doing the above, you would need to open a Support Case directly with Acronis Support for their input on any conflicts with your VPN service.

Thank you Steve. I think your suggestion works.
