Acronis not backing up as scheduled

Thread needs solution

Unfortunately, the programme backed up once on 8 January and, despite nothing being changed, has since refused completely of its own volition to backup at the time I have set it to.

Please can someone provide assistance.

Chris, you will need to create and share another Acronis system report zip file for us to look at any log files etc that may be able to throw light on why your backup isn't working again?

Could you please tell us what happens once you run it manually? Does it work?

Because if it works, that means the issue is with the backup plan. It may be broken.

Could you please recreate the backup plan and after apply this KB to check if the issue persists?https://kb.acronis.com/content/60918

You could also try to fix the installation of the program and check if it resolves the issue.
