Please download the MVP Log Viewer tool (link in my signature below) and use this to review the log file for your backup operation. This should provide more information on why you are seeing any notification messages?

For snapshot errors, please download the Acronis VSS Doctor tool and run this as Administrator then let it resolve any errors that it identifies where possible.

I would also recommend running CHDKSK /F against all drives & partitions on your system to ensure that you do not have an underlying file system issue at work here.

Am having the exact same issue, ran vss doctor, still having same issue, was this ever resolved? ATI2019 (recently upgraded from 2018, as I have a stockpile of licenses, and wanted to add the cleanup versions function that 2019 has, but that 2018 did not have.

Doug, I would recommend treating your issue as being new and providing more information so that we can try to understand what the issue is?
