Acronis True Image 2019.17750 Backup Fails Can't read from Disk

Hi Support and All,

Windows 11 Pro 64-Bit Build 22000.318
Acronis True Image 2019 Build 17750

Backup worked when backing up Windows 11 Pro 64-Bit Build 22000.258

Fails to Backup with error, Failure to read Data from Disk, Ran Disk Repair or Check Disk. No Effect.

Unable to access VSS Logs, which appear to be stored in System Volume Information Folder.

How many disk drives are installed in this PC and of those drives, which is Windows disk 2 that Acronis identifies as hard disk 3 in the error message for the bad sector on that drive?

Check in Windows disk management for the Windows drive numbers.

You need to run CHKDSK against the correct disk drive or else use the diagnostic tools provided by the disk maker to check the whole drive, including any hidden / system partitions that might be present (without drive letters for using CHKDSK).
