Acronis TrueImage 2019 "URI IS INVALID"

Thread needs solution

My last backups (a week ago) worked okay. (I have been using Acronis True Image 2019 for years and backup 2 drives every week). A week after the successful backups, I started Aconis up again (to backup once again). It came up with “Knowledge Base" or "Ignore". I selected the later and Acronis shut down. When I started it again the error still existed. I eventually downloaded via Dashboad the lastest version and tried again without success.

I managed to run one of my backups via RECOVER under "All Devices". but the other backup failed with the URI is Invalid error. I cannot recreate the backup details again as I cannot select "Backups" from the lefthand side.(I wanted to do this just in case somehow the backup details had become corrupted). In any event I still cannot open Acronis successfully.

I am on a desktop using Windows 10.

I can only recommend trying to do a Repair Install of ATI 2019 in case the application has become corrupted in some way!
