Acronis won't let me change my email notification settings

Thread needs solution

My 2019 Acronis True Image will no longer allow me to change my email notifications setting. When I click on it, my PC goes online rather than to a local setting, and the option to change the setting isn't even there. Does anyone have a solution? Thank you

Bill, how exactly are you trying to change your email notification settings?

For the local settings, then select a backup task, then click on the Options button, then on the Notifications tab to see the settings.

I have much the same problem: I want to chnage my account email address but when I do, I get an Error 429 - see screenshot.

I've tried to change the email address several times and with the same result.

As my existing email address will cease in about a week's time, I'd really appreciate a solution.

I'm running Acronis True Image 2019 on a PC running on the latest update of Win 10 Pro

If this does not help, then you need to contact Acronis direct for account issues.

I've been through the "change email account" several times and it just doesn't work for me.

There shouldn't be any account issues as I have a perpetual licence.  Agreed I'm using 2019 [ I found 2020 unworkable and reverted to 2019] but I'll do as you suggest and see if there's an account issue which stops me changing my email.
