Sorry but difficult to say without more information?

There are some known issues with activation if you use a proxy in your internet connection settings and you may need to go through a different procedure if your computer is offline all the time.

See KB 61171: Acronis True Image 2019: how to activate the license - for more information on the various activation procedures.

If you still have a problem then please open a Support ticket directly with Acronis who can best advise you further and validate your activation entitlement etc.
