ATI 2019 locks up system every time I attempt a full backup
Running ATI 2019 build 17750. This has run reliably daily at night until 6 days ago. It has ran without issue since I installed ATI 2019 on April 29, 2019.
I find the computer in a locked up condition, and the CPU fan racing.
I backup overnight, so I find my computer this way every morning now. My only option is to power off and reboot. Unsure at first this was Acronis, yesterday I manually started a backup mid day, and when I went to check on it hours later it was locked up. If I'm not doing backup it does not lock up.
There is no evidence of any error in either the application event log, nor the system event log. There are no errors logged by ATI, nor anything in the time window that backup runs. When I go to the Activity tab in ATI for each attempt since 6 days ago it reports "Unable to complete backup started .....", with no further detail.
When it is working I normally get an e-mail with activity detail. I have received no e-mail from ATI for the past 6 days.
I am running Windows 10 Pro, version 1809 (OS Build 17763.557). The hardware is a Dell desktop with Intel Core i7 975 at 3.33GHz, and 12 GB Ram. I have a 1 TB SSD system drive, and one other 3 TB data drive. I back up to a dedicated 8 TB drive. I have checked, and there are no errors on any of the 3 drives.

Thank you for help finding the log viewer. I reposted the question before I found my way to my previous posts. I suspect my issue is related to partitioning of a drive. I am carrying on in that discussion thread, so am marking this thread as resolved.
