ATI 2019 The server is not available at the moment. Please try again later.
I was doing a check of my backup data when I saw that many of my backups were listed at 140kB - a very small number. When I tried to access them I got the message "The server is not available at the moment. Please try again later". Backups listed with the correct size work OK.
Looking at past forum entries I see the same problems over many years, but no listed solutions.
I have submitted a support ticket, but they want to do a remote session from my computer and I
will not permit that. I do see the same problem when I log on from my wife's computer that also has ATI.
Does anyone know what is really going on? If I had a real need for the backed up information it is not available.

I am using Version 2019, Build 14690.
The backups were made to the Acronis cloud. The backups were made with ATI 2018 over the last 9 months.
The message "Server not available" was from the web interface that I got to from the Cloud Dashboard. Seven of the folders listed with the incorrect file size of 140 kB are from the web interface. The listed total amount of data stored is incorrect, probably because of the 140 kB file size. Six of the backups are correct, 9 are incorrect.
I can see the backed up files when I use the Recover function from the ATI program so it appears that the data is there, but my confidence is not very high.
I get the same results when I look at the data from another computer I backup using ATI.

Ken, for issues with the Acronis Cloud and/or Dashboard you will need to open a Support Ticket direct with Acronis Support as we have no access to those systems or servers from these user forums.
