ATI 2019 strange error while backing up to Nas

I have a Acronis True Image 2019 Advanced setup on my Windows 10 x64 pro PC, when i try to back up my OS SSD to NAS a message showing on ATI gui that "file *.tib currently using, to specify another loaction click Browse"

I also attached the related GUI window picture to this message.

could anyone help?

Levent, the error message you are seeing in your screen image shows a known error where the file name ends with _v11.tib

Acronis seems to use this strange _v11.tib notation for issues with backups stored on network drives / NAS devices, which may be related to the credentials used, or simply because there is a conflict with the file names being used.

The best suggestion I can offer to you is to try creating a totally new backup task with a wholly unique name, i.e. not a name you have ever used before!

Yes you are right, i disabled/deleted old test task and rename the new backup as you said so it worked without any issues.
