ATI hangs while at the reload stage - but not if I move my mouse

Thread needs solution

Hi

Using ATI 2019 w/W7 Ult 64 bit, and the recovery media is a bootable USB flash drive.

I noticed recently that I have an issue, that seems to not always have been there.

I go through the process of loading my image, and all is well, until it gets to the actual image restore. It's the final, "Restoring partitions sector by sector" stage.

The process begins, and it just hangs. I literally have to sit there the entire time and move my mouse back and forth. When I do that, the restore moves along at a normal pace, and I am able to boot into W7 with no problem. If I stop moving the mouse, the restore hangs, until I again move my mouse back and forth.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance.

Dear customer,

What kind of bootable media do you use? Is it Linux based or WinPE?
