I have true image 2019 set up to make daily backups to a network location. Even though true image says there is 900GB of free space (source is less than 40GB), it says backup couldn't be started because of a full drive.
Is this a known issue and is there a fix.
The idea was to have a self sustaining system, now I have to make regular manual backups.

The normal cause of this type of issue is the Notification setting configured for the backup task with regards to free space where the value is set too high!

Thank you for the advice, I checked the settings, but the 'notification checkbox' is not selected... Any other ideas?

What and where is this network location?  External drive, NAS device, etc. may have a setting for maximum file size transfer.  It would help if you give more system information including what OS you are using and how your machine boots if possible.

Are you saying the backup works when you manually start it but it reports a full destination drive when scheduled?  That seems odd.  Could you download the Log Viewer (if you have not already done so) and post the log of a failed backup?
