Backup Profiles being created and I don't know why TI 2019

Thread needs solution

On one PC I've implemented backups going to two different USB drives where only one drive is connected to the PC for a period of time and the other drive is off-site. I refer to the drives as Odd and Even. After a period of time, the drives are swapped. In TI I created two backups, one for the Odd drive and one for the Even drive. I have a bat file that test to see which USB drive is connected (Odd or Even), depending on which drive is connected TI is invoked to execute the appropriate backup. Therefore when I open TI and click on "BACKUP" in the left nav pane I should only see the two backups as in the following image

However, I see the following and don't know why. The extra backups in the list are the names of files that were created by one of the two backups at the top of the list. In most cases, the actual backup file has been deleted.

Following is a list of backup files on the Even Drive There are a few leftovers from testing that I did not delete but the rest are part of the Even backup (see the first image).

Following is what I see in TI after clicking the dropdown for the Even backup and selecting "Clean up versions"

John, all the unwanted tasks shown in the Other section on the GUI Backup panel can be deleted / removed.  These tend to be added when either an update is applied or a reinstall etc when ATI scans all connected drives for backup files.  Once they are removed, then they shouldn't come back again given there will be no more updates for 2019 (unless you reinstall...).

Thanks, Steve, that is what I suspected but wanted to be sure.
