C: Backup file really Small

Thread needs solution

Hi,

I'm new using Acronis Cyber protect, using it at Home.

I wrote a Script using AcroCmd command.

My C: backup file is 494Mb while the C: drive is using 79GB.

On this forum i saw using Wiztree, so, i used it and what i see in the backup file is Windows RE Tools, no program folder...

My Script is

acrocmd backup disk --volume=2-3  --Backuptype=full --split=4608 --loc=\\192.168.1.35\Backups\2022  --credentials=jlb,xxxxx --arc=C_Full_Janvier  --log=M:\Acronis_Backup_Logs\2022-3-31-74718_C.txt

For the other Volumes the size seems to correct  (ie many Gb)

To get the volume number i'm using AcroCmd List Disks command, and i think the given number is inaccurate

I'll try with an other volume number.

Thanks

Jacques, welcome to these public User Forums.

Sorry but acrocmd is not available in Acronis True Image or Cyber Protect Home Office products so you will need to raise your questions in the correct Acronis business product forum for the product you are using.
