Cannot delete the "SystemReport.zip" file created in the ATI folder...
Hello, I can't find any mention of this on the forums.
Yesterday I performed my first "system report" using the inbuilt tool from ATI 2019.
It rapidly created a "SystemReport.zip" file of about 20MB (as expected). The problem is that I cannot delete (or in any way modify) this file.
I consider myself a fairly competent Windows 10 admin, but everything I've tried, including setting the ownership to self and allowing all actions, makes no difference. The default ownership of all files in the folder is "SYSTEM". I have of course tried setting ownership of the entire Acronis directory tree to myself - doesn't help either.
Also, attempting to copy the community's "ReadLogFileNewGen" exe into this folder fails and results in a zero-bytesize .exe entry (which also cannot be deleted).
Any help would be gratefully received! Meantime I am downloading a bootable USB Linux distro to see if I can brute-force-delete these 2 files via Linux. Obviously this shouldn't be necessary.
BTW I am running the latest Win 10 Pro 1903 with all updates.

Oh goodness! Thanks so much Steve; I ended up booting into Windows' "safe mode" (which would of course have stopped AAP) and then was able to delete the files.
Thanks again - I thought I was going crazy not being able to delete them! Cheers, M.
