Change the Acronis True Image interface back to real text

Thread needs solution

I recently upgraded from an older version of TrueImage to version 2019, Build 14690

I do now know what you have done to the interface, but if I now e.g. go into Help/About I get a strange screen that seems to contain text but it does not. It is some weird image or disabled component where it is impossible to select text, then copy it.
I wanted to copy/paste the version number for another support ticket, but was unable to, and I now have to manually type it over.
The same appears to be the case with all other screens, so anyone having to quote something from the programs interface (usually for support purposes) is confronted with this.

(Running on Windows 10)

Thanks

Jan, sorry but this is again working as Acronis intends - using images to show text rather than having text that could be copied.

Please use the Feedback tool in the GUI to make your views on this design known to Acronis or else comment in the Wishlist topic in this forum.

The version and build information is always captured in any Acronis System Report zip data that Support will ask for in the majority of support cases being opened.

Any of the screens can be captured using a tool such as Greenshot.

Windows 10 Snipping tool does this well too (screenshots / captures) and is built in.

I very rarely go into Help so had not noticed this.  I strongly agree with Jan.  Not being able to copy what could easily be displayed as text is a real pain.  Screen captures are obviously useful but are no substitute for copying text.

I have noticed this on the ATI Account display and have been repeatedly irritated by it. (I don't think I have ever just wanted to just look at the version and build number; I've wanted to copy it into some document.)

Definitely time for a Feedback.
