Charged twice for True Image License

Thread needs solution

I got a notice telling me my 3 CPU license for True Image was about to expire. So I purchased a single 1 CPU license with 1TB storage for $99.   I then got a message in True Image saying I had a license conflict to resolve. It would not backup until the conflict was resolved so I submitted a ticket to support for help.  Now this morning I got an invoice for automatic renewal of the 3 CPU license, so I have essentially been charged for a 3 CPU license I was not interested in continuing.  I am not happy with Acronis. Why is it so complicated to renew?

Sorry but you will need to take this matter up directly with Acronis as we are all users ourselves here.

If you have any issues getting a satisfactory response from support, then send a private message to Renata Gubaydullina | Product manager, Acronis True Image who will be able to direct your subscription issue to the correct people at Acronis.
