Cleanup Backup Versions Errors
See attached screenshot. This is truly bizarre. I am using "Clean up backup versions" in Acronis True Image 2019 and:
- The most recent versions are listed as the older versions and vice-versa
- Number of versions is listed as six. In fact, I have only two versions.
- I validated these backups without any issues but the above "errors" are still showing.
This does not inspire confidence in the product :-(

Hi Steve,
Thanks for your quick response. Yes, I had expanded both the "Recent" and "Older" sections but could not capture in a single screen shot. There is one "full" version in both sections. Which made me wonder why the number of versions was listed as six.
Furthermore, it is not clear why the application does not list the version numbers in the "Clean up versions" - it only shows the dates. And, as I said, the dates are not listed correctly i.e. older version is listed as "Most Recent" and most recent is listed as "Older". This is not good I do not want to be deleting the most recent version instead of the older versions :-(

Conor, I cannot explain why your image shows later dates for older backups in the listing!
See my images below from ATI 2021 which shows correct information.

Yes, that is what I would expect. So I am very disappointed that a market leading backup software product would invite me to delete newer backups rather than older ones. I need to have confidence in my backup software and this certainly undermines it :-(
