CleverBridge Download Problem?
Anyone else having a problem downloading True Image 2019 from CleverBridge? I bought a 3-user upgrade yesterday (31/12/18) and despite repeated attempts to download the installer from the link provided, I get repeated 'Download Interrupted' errors and the download ultimately fails. I've tried this on two different machines and three different browsers - same result. Any suggestions, please?

Thanks Steve, I got some help from Acronis Support and downloaded the installer from there. I've been in touch with CleverBridge but even the new link they sent me suffers from the same issue - "Download Interrupted" several times, them complete failure.
Is it best to upgrade from ATIH 2016 or should I run a clean installation? Ordinarily I'd go for a clean start, having had issues with upgrades in the past. However, the licences I've purchased are an upgrade and I think it said you needed an existing installation for the installation to work.

Nick, it is recommended to do a clean install when coming from an earlier version of ATI such as your 2016. This is stated in KB 61629: How to upgrade to Acronis True Image 2019 where it states:
Upgrade procedure
If your current version of Acronis True Image is Acronis True Image 2018 or Acronis True Image 2017, the new version will simply update it; there is no need to remove the old version and reinstall the software. If your current version is older, we recommend that you remove the current version, first.
With ATI Upgrades you just need to be able to enter the new and old serial numbers during the install process, so the old doesn't need to be installed.
See KB 61171: Acronis True Image 2019: how to activate the license - Upgrade Activation.
Upgrade activation
If you purchased an upgrade version of Acronis True Image 2019, after you specify the license key for the upgrade version, the product will prompt you to enter another serial number. In the second field please enter a serial number for an earlier version of Acronis True Image. After providing both keys, follow the usual online or offline activation procedure.

Thanks once again Steve.
I used the normal Windows 10 Add/Remove to uninstall ATI 2016, re-started the PC and installed ATI 2019. All seems fine, but I did notice that at least some of my user settings (encryption password, backup type, etc.) had been retained from ATI 2016. Is that any cause for concern?

Nick, ATI scans for existing backups on install so this may be why your existing settings were found plus unless you use the Acronis Cleanup tool after uninstalling, then your configuration data in the C:\ProgramData\Acronis folders should still be present and used.
