Computers not appearing as Resources on the cloud dashboard

Thread needs solution

I've got a case in with support for this, but before I follow the long list of things they want me do I thought I would check if this is a known issue.

I'm a new user with a 3 user license.  I've installed on three computers running fresh installs of Windows 10 Pro running 1809.

When I go to the cloud dashboard none of my computers appear under Resources.  But under Backups I can see each backup created on each computer.  And each client on the local computer can see the other clients cloud backup.

If I follow the instructions for adding a Resource, it just directs me to the install file for True Image.  I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling a number of times.

Also, if I go to my account page it only shows 2/3 computers registered.  But the 3rd one is working fine, it just doesn't show up on my account page.

I know that the last few versions of windows have done something with SMBv1 and networking, does this impact Acronis True Image cloud?  I ask because my ATI is having intermittent issues with my NAS which I think is related to that.

I have the same issue, hope the problem will be solved

Hello Davide,

the general recommendation for troubleshooting this issue would be re-installation (temporary disable the antivirus software and execute the installation file with administrative privileges - right click on file and Run as administrator, this will provide additional level of rights and ensure the correct update of all registry keys and components)

If re-installation is of no help, please open a support ticket for investigation, so that our engineers can analyze debug logs from your system and find the root cause of the issue.
