Error 'The backup might be incomplete or corrupt'

Thread needs solution

I created a 'Files and Folders' backup. From one local disk to another.

When I try access it I get the following error:

True Image 2019

Windows 10 Pro build 17134 / 64bit

As an additional comment for Acronis - I tried creating a ticket via the Support site but this fails too - it seems to be complaining about the 11MB system report (when the max size is supposedly 25MB).

Please download the MVP Log Viewer tool (link below) and use this to access the log for your backup task.

If you have created a Support Case, then you should get an email with the case number, then you will be asked to provide further information such as the System Report with details of how to upload this to the Acronis FTP server using credentials provided for that case only.
