Error During Backup

Thread needs solution

I have never had an issue before but I am now getting a "error reading file...." during backup. Any ideas?

Sorry but we will need more information to try to understand why you are seeing this error?

The first recommendation:  Please download the MVP Log Viewer tool (link in my signature below) and use this to review the log file for your backup operation (if performed in Windows).

Next, some basic information is needed:

Windows OS?
Version & Build of Acronis True Image (ATI) as shown on the Account page in the GUI?
Type of Backup being performed?  (Disk & Partitions or Files & Folders).
Where is the Source data? (Is this the same PC or from a remote resource?).
