Error while Backup on Acronis True Image 2018

Thread needs solution

Hi,

I'm not able to process a backup on the Acronis True Image 2019.

I'm getting this error >> An error occurred either during connection or on the server

Can someone please help?

Sorry but more information is needed to understand what this error is referencing here?

What are you backing up here for this ATI 2018 task?
Where are you backup up to for the destination of the task?
Has this been working correctly / successfully previously?

Please download the MVP Log Viewer tool (link in my signature below) and use this to review the log file for your backup operation. This should provide more information on why you are seeing any error notification messages?
