error while checking the metadata intergrity of points in time (pits) in the archive acronis (to external seagate hdds archive)
I upgraded my 2017 to 2019 today ,but it still does this...(under windows 7 64bit ult)
when i back up my d drive, to a 6tb black wdd hdd it works (internal hdd sata 3) , (backups c+ m.2 960 evo) + raid o
(2x m.2 950 pro) to black hdd and validates ok. (backup up single partitions at a time, c then d etc)
but when i back it up (drive d raid 0) to my new usb 3.0 external box (holds 8x Seagate 8TB Archive HDD V2 1NA17Z), any drive, it fails to validate.

What file system are you using on this 8 drive raid 0 storage device? Would you share make, name, and model of the device?

Hi
Its ok, i found the problem, it must be a compatibility with usb 3.1 (10gbps) usb port
I plug it into the blue usb 3.0 port (intel) and it passes all test.
Iv plug in the wd portable red passport 2tb hdd in the red usb 10gbps 3.1 port, and it fails now too
hotway h82-su3s2

I see,
I would look for an updated driver for your 3.1 controller. It wouldn't increase the speed of your transfers but should clear up the error. :)
