How to assure Full backup is made next time?

Thread solved

My daily backup routine makes a Full backup and then 6 Incremental backups and then repeats, so I have weekly sets. I prefer to have the Full done on Sunday morning because I am least likely to need the computer at the time the backup is being done, among other (perhaps anal) reasons. But when there is any kind of glitch during the week, the Full backup might get made and then I want to change that back to Sunday. I have tried on Saturday, after the backup is made, to edit the backup task in order simply to get the program to do a Full the next time, but that hasn't worked.

Is there any sure fire way to make certain that tomorrow's backup is a Full one, without having to delete my task and re-create it from scratch?

Tom, there is no documented method that I am aware of for forcing a full backup with an incremental scheme if one of the incrementals was missed other than perhaps triggering a manual backup to create the missing incremental prior to the next scheduled run.

Thanks Steve, if anyone knows about this it would be you...  --Tom
