How to bypass VPN

Not an within my expertise, but it would, I suspect, be a matter for the VPN settings. You would need to exclude IP addresses used by TI, or alternatively ports that only TI uses.

Scott, sorry but too little information to understand your question here?

What are you using VPN for here?
What are you connecting to via the VPN connection?

What are you wanting to do with Acronis that needs to use the network connection?

Are you connecting to the Acronis Cloud over this connection?
Are you connecting to a network drive or NAS?

@Ian- I would suspect, but how would/where I make these exclusions in Windows?

@Steve- This would be to allow TI cloud syncing around the VPN...faster speed via my normal network. The VPN is more of a privacy thing, i.e. browsing, etc.

Is there a means to force TI to only use a certain network adapter?

Scott, this is in the realm of network routing and will depend on how this is configured on your system with the VPN, i.e. whether everything gets routed by default through the VPN or whether you can establish a static route for some traffic such as that going to the Acronis Cloud.

See webpage: How to Add a Static TCP/IP Route to the Windows Routing Table - which may be of help here.

@Steve- Thank you.
