Important Information - Don't reinstall Windows 10.

Thread needs solution

Hi @ All,

Windows 10 activation bug baffles, angers users

Why not reinstall Windows?

Many programs, you are using require Reactivation, that can't be reactivated.

Example: Network Magic.

You might have forgotten about old programs.

Morton, hopefully the Microsoft Activation issue is over and done with (for now at least!).  My own laptop told me it was no longer activated for Windows 10 Pro but MS had found a valid license for Win 10 Home.  I left it a couple of hours then ran the Activation Troubleshooter again and all was fine again, the warning watermark on the desktop was gone and all was activated again!

Hi @ Steve Smith,

Yes, I had the problem and did exactly what you did.

The purpose of the post, was to prevent People / Users from reinstalling Windows blindly. Many programs that use Activation can no longer be re-activated once reinstalled, like Network Magic and other User programs.

And lots of Users have no patience.
