Localization of the backup files
The backup files fill already a good part of the disk, so I would like to move them to another, almost empty, one.
How to do it properly?
Thanks.

Thank you, Steve
The backup files, which I would like to move from E:\Acronis_2019\CD are shown in the Image1.jpg. The other backups I deleted (to economize disk place), perhaps in a too brutal way, by the "delete" key on the keyboard.
Perhaps because of this, when I tried to move the shown files to F:\Acronis_2019\CD I got the message shown (unfortunately in Polish) in Image2.jpg, that "one cannot open information on the backup file CD_inc_b10_s6_v1.tib and the backup file can be incomplete.
I think as long as I have the files shown in the Image1, the missing files are not necessary, so I pressed "ignore", but nothing happened. On the other hand, when I tried to get more info on this error according to the message shown in Image3, I got the message shown in Image4.jpg.
What should I do?
Perhaps the only solution is to start a new backup on the new disk?
Regards
Eryk

Eryk, if you have deleted your older, unwanted .tib files outside of the ATI GUI, then this leaves behind information in the internal database used by ATI, which in turn gives the type of error message you are seeing.
There are several options for fixing this issue:
- Use the option to Delete your CD task in the ATI GUI but just select to remove the task settings (NOT delete everything / all the files).
This will purge the database of all information related to this task.
Next, move the remaining CD files to your new drive location.
Finally, use the 'Add existing backup' option to select the most recent incremental file for the CD backup from the new location, which will add the task back.
Note: you will need to click on the 'Reconfigure' button and set any schedule along with the other configuration options for the task, so make a note of how you have it configured before removing the original settings.
- Use the Validation option for the CD task and take the ignore option for each pop-up message about a missing / deleted file until all the pop-ups are finished.
Note: validation can take a long time to run to completion.
- Use the steps shown in KB 60915: Acronis True Image: repairing program settings to force a rebuild of the internal database by deleting it, then run the CD task or validate it.
I would recommend using the first option given you want to move the files anyway!

Concerning the 1st option: how to remove the task settings only? After pressing "Delete" I see 2 options:
"Delete completely" and "Delete product" (see attachment)

Eryk, this is probably a case where the English version is a little clearer in meaning!
It is the Remove option that you want to use to "remove the backup from the list" not to delete it entirely which would delete all the .tib files!

Steve, just to be sure: "Next, move the remaining CD files to your new drive location".
Do you mean to move under ATI?

No, once you Remove the task from the GUI, you can move the files using Explorer without any issue provided Acronis Active Protection is turned off. Then use 'Add existing backup' to select one of the moved files from the new location which will add the task back to the GUI again.

Sorry, I cannot find the 'Add existing backup' button. Where is it?
What is even worse, ATI does not see the moved files. What should I do?
Eryk
PS I was thinking about copying my 2nd archive, which is on an external disk, to the HDD where there is a lot of place, but I don't see the possibility of copying. One can only move?

Eryk, the Add existing backup option is found to the right of the normal 'Add backup' option where you will see a caret 'v' which reveals the option.
There is no option to copy an existing backup to a second location, you must either move the files to a new location, or create another task based on files copied to a second location but give those copied files a unique name to avoid confusion with the original files
